So yes, an invoice along with a contract is provided for every package.

For weddings, we proceed with locking in of date when a deposit of 50% is made.

Subsequently, the final 50% has to be made by your wedding date.

Should you wish to break it down into instalments, you can do so as long as the complete payment is made by the wedding date. Just inform me if you are making a transfer so I can keep track!

I have a close group of friends who are experienced photographers and videographers themselves. They will be they first people that I assign as the other PG/VG.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that the other PG/VG will be available.

Should you have a preference, do highlight to me so I can book their time as soon as we can confirm the package.

And I shall refrain from publishing a list as the list will change over time. Let's keep this list at a #iykyk level.

Only the Full-Tier package qualifies for splitting of hours between a maximum of two days.

There are 2 schools of thoughts on this and it depends largely on who is paying for the package.

If you are paying for the package on your own, I would suggest taking the Full-Tier package and add-on hours as required. We will be able to split it across the dates required.

If your parents are paying for the package, check with them if having a hardcopy of the print is important to them. It may be 'cleaner' to get separate packages for the different dates especially if the bride's parents are sponsoring only for the bride side reception and vice versa.

If you are taking up the Full-Tier packages, there should be sufficient time for an outdoor session right after your wedding reception. Hence there isn't a need to take up a separate package just for an outdoor shoot.

However, you may consider taking a separate package should you wish to have a dedicated set of photo/album/video just for your pre/post wedding session.

Not much but these are some that you might need to note:

Carpark charges
(if you can get complimentary tickets for us at the venue would be great)

Food Claim (Full-Tier Packages)
If the venue does not apportion food for the crew, then this might kick in.

Transport Fees
Depending on the number of venues during your wedding as well at what time it ends.

Of course, all these will be discussed prior to the wedding.
